Kompensator Scientific and Production Enterprise, JSC manufactures and supplies bellows expansion joints and devices with the following characteristics:
nominal diameter DN 50-1800mm;
temperature of conducted media, t, from – 250°С to + 500°С;
nominal pressure PN up to 200kgf
Conducted media
water and oil products;
vapour, gases;
cryogenic products
Liquid media speed is up to 8m/s, gaseous media speed is up to 120m/s
Bellows expansion joints are applied as compensating assembly elements for temperature strain damping of the pipelines delivering hot and cold media, flexible inlets of overhead tanks, etc. They are also applied for connection of pressure and suction pipelines to units (pumps, turbines, compressors, engine, etc.) mounted on expansion supports for reduction of vibration loads.
Bellows expansion joints are waterproof, vacuum-tight, temperature-stable, reliable in operation and maintenance-free during all the service life.
Depending on the functions and application conditions, structural variations of bellows expansion joints represent different combinations of expansion joints, connection and limiting fittings, guide branch pipes and protective casings. |

|
Simplest bellows expansion joint consists of one bellows expansion joint and connection fittings: branch pipes or flanges. Flange diameters, design of connection and sealing surfaces, bolt circle diameters, diameters and number of bolt holes are defined by standards for flanges and design of the customer’s pipeline. Such bellows expansion joint is called universal or axial.
